Sunil Potnis is a native of India, now an American citizen working as a recruiter for Cisco. He makes annual trips to both India and Africa to assist with exotic big cat conservation and he worked hands on with orphaned wild animals like baby rhinos and meerkats.

He recently learned about the evils of horse slaughter through Amanda Sorvino, who met him through a mutual vegan friend, Daniel Manahan. Sunil was disheartened as well as disgusted by the fact that almost 100,000 American horses are slaughtered a year. He was outraged that the American horse slaughterhouse Amanda had investigated was still in business, and teamed up with her and other forces to put an end to the barbaric practice of horse slaughter.

Sunil is a die-hard vegan and animal rights activist abolitionist. He is passionate about bringing horse abusers, horse traders, and horse slaughterers to justice.

Sunil lives in Northern CA with his wife, daughter, and pet birds, who live free and uncaged in his special Florida room.
